Here comes September 1. YAMAHA has renewed their official Vocaloid site. It reveals the release date and the price of the "VOCALOID" products, and features a short "VOCALOID 3" introductory movie.
"VOCALOID 3 Editor" will be priced at 9,800 yen (US$127.58) and released on October 21, a month later than originally planned. The two voice libraries with a software "Tiny VOCALOID3 Editor", "VY1V3" will be 9,800 yen (US$127.58) and "Mew", featuring the voice of Miu Sakamoto, will be 12,800 yen (US$166.64). "VOCALOID 3 Starter Pack (Libraries & Editor Set)" with "VY1V3" will be 17,800 yen (US$231.74). The pack with "Mew" will be coming soon.
So, in the end, the "something" what they have intimated with the secret message is the announcement for the details of the "VOCALOID 3" release in Japan. Is that what you have expected...?
