Shogakukan's weekly Shounen Sunday magazine is announcing on Wednesday that an theatrical anime film adaptation of the Hayate no Combat Butler manga has been launched. Hideto Komori a first time director will be helming the project at the studio Manglobe (also the studio for "The World God Only Knows"). Yasuko Kobayashi (who also did Kamen Rider, Claymore, Shakugan no Shana and many others) will be scripting the anime. The manga has already inspired two television anime series in Japan.
