SO CUTE~ I totally fell in love with this manga :'( it's art reminds me quite a lot of Strobe Edge (how I love you Strobe Edge <3)
Plot:
Shimana dislikes her name, her life, her new family (mother deceased, step mother + half brother) and decides to run away from home as her family is neglecting her, and she feels unneeded. Upon doing that, she runs into a man sleeping in the park dressed in a kimono. He tells her that on three conditions, he can find her a place to stay for only (roughly) $100 per week! Condition one: tell him why she ran away. Condition two: fall in love. Condition three: have a dream.
Condition one has a few sub conditions like, he has to talk to her father, she has to find the keys to the house (that's why he's sleeping outside lulz) And while doing those tasks, she meets the two other residents, Zen (omg I love this guy so much, left page above) and Asahi (right page above LOL at the girls' expressions [those expressions appear all the time!]) and not to foget the ladnlord! Taiga, the guy in the kimono.
Shimana works hard to fulfill the conditions, hoping to find her dream, and fall in love!

chapter nine came out yaaaaay! monthly sucks, because of the waiting period. But it was a really good zombie-filled chapter so ureshikatta :3
