Lala magazine (where Ouran manga was published) announced in the July issue that Ouran will officially become a live action drama with Yuusuke Yamamoto and Tamaki Souh and Haruna Kawaguchi as Haruhi Fujioka:

Personally, I think Yuusuke looks a bit old for a high school drama... Especially when he's playing a 2nd year. However, I think Haruna would play a really good Haruhi - except she has a really feminine face, how is she supposed to pull of being a guy? I think the cross dressing abilities are going to be really crucial to making the fans happy.
Yuusuke was born in 1988, and Haruna in 1995, so the age gap is a bit pedo-ish, don't you think?
