Nura, Alice in the Country of Hearts, Mardock Scramble, Nekogami Promos Streamed

The official website for the television adaptation of Hiroshi Shiibashi's Nurarihyon no Mago supernatural manga began streaming a 100-second advance promotional video on Thursday. (In the linked page, select the "Movie" option from the top menu.) The second season, Nurarihyon no Mago: Sennen Makyō, will premiere in Japan this July 3.

The game developer QuinRose is distributing a trailer for the anime movie adaptation of its Alice in the Country of Hearts (Heart no Kuni no Alice ~Wonderful Wonder World~) fantasy romance adventure game on Friday. (In the linked page, select one of the four mirror server links at the bottom to download the ZIP-compressed video file.) The game for female players (otome game) re-imagines Lewis Carroll's classic fantasy novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland with bishōnen characters. The game already inspired a manga that Tokyopop published in English. The movie will open in Japan on July 30.

The official website for Susumu Kudo and GoHands' Mardock Scramble anime film trilogy began streaming a theatrical trailer for the second film on Saturday. Mardock Scramble: The Second Combustion will open in Japan on September 3.

The official website for the Nekogami Yaoyorozu television anime series began streaming its third promotional video on Saturday. (The first two promotional videos are still available.) In this anime which will premiere on July 9, director Hiroaki Sakurai (Cromartie High School, Di Gi Charat) and the studio AIC are adapting FLIPFLOPs' Nekogami Yaoyorozu "neighborhood deity comedy" manga of the same name.

The story follows a cat goddess (nekogami) named Mayu-sama (Haruka Tomatsu) who lives at Yaoyorozu-dō, an antique shop run by Yuzu Komiya (Yui Horie). Unexpected visitors in the form of other goddesses stop by the antique shop.
