If it was up to me, I would definitely put K-ON! #1.
But, hey, this isn't my list. And I'm happy enough K-ON! enlisted ^_^

I actually agree with you I would of much preferred Clannad or K-on! to be first as Angel Beats! wasn't that great of an anime.
