The official website of the Aquarion television anime series announced on Saturday that production on an all-new television anime series, Aquarian Evol, has been green-lit.The announcement is being made through a teaser attached with Macross Frontier ~Sayonara no Tsubasa~, the second Macross Frontier film which is opening in Japan on Saturday. The teaser will run for two weeks at eight theaters. Director Shoji Kawamori and his anime studio Satelight created both Aquarion and Macross Frontier.
