On Wednesday morning, over 20 K-ON! anime goods including a safe containing around 290,000 yen (US$3,500) was discovered to be missing from the school's campus, the school in question is Toyosato Elementary School, the school that K-ON! is modeled off. The safe contained proceeds from the on-campus store.
My suspicions are vandals or extremely die hard fans gone wrong somewhere along the track. This might cause a bit of a stir at 2ch but we'll see. Maybe all K-ON!! loving Otakus will band together and form the Otaku police, I'd actually like to see that.
