NAVEL's visual novel Oretachi ni Tsuba Wanai (Under the Innocent Sky) is getting a TV anime adaptation next April. The visual novel itself followed the coming of age drama of young people in Yanagihara.
Shinji Ushiro who is also known for Blessing of the Campanella, Omamori Himari and Straight Jacket is directing the anime at the studio Nomad. Takamistu Kouna, known for Ayakashi, Kyo no Gononi and Lamune, will be supervising the scripts. Kumi Ishii who is known for Ichigo 100%, Kure-nai and Rozen Maiden will be adapting the original character designs which was done by Aoi Nishimata who also did Final Approach, Lovedol ~Lovely Idol~ and Shuffle!, and overseeing the animation process.
The anime will still be retaining its voice cast from the drama CD rather than the cast from the original Visual Novel.
