TBS has announced that it will be offering the official K-ON!! cassette player for audio tapes on its online shop starting Friday. The player follows in the footsteps of the original pink cassette tape that was included with Hokago no Tea Time's second full album.
For 3,980 Yen or $49.50 US fans will be able play but not record cassettes, the player comes with stereo headphones and is equipped with monaural speakers. It has an auto reverse and auto stop feature, the AA batteries or a 3V DC power adapter is sold separately.
This is a must buy for die hard K-ON!! fans, it is expected to be sold out within the first week of release.
