After the car accident in chapter 34, Takuma is called to the hospital to identify Mayu's body. At first, you're like nah, it's prob just someone with black hair (at this point for like 20 pages Takuma is just looking at the hair poking out from under the blanket) And then Kou comes and he's like "she said it hurt, but I couldn't save her. I looked up the raws for this and the dead girl is NOT Mayu, it's just a girl on the outside of the car that was hit. And careful translations show the Kou never said Mayu's name, and instead said "she", also, the clothes on the bed where the dead person is, do not match to the clothes Mayu was wearing during the accident. Besides, it was like the 2nd chapter of a new volume. how would they finish the volume without the main character? Though it could turn into a Death Note situation. LOL JK I HATED WHEN L DIED.
